A synthetic local coordination boundary passed 36 checks and 30 fault cases in both the original run and a same-machine copy. Their complete result records matched byte for byte. This supports the tested local correctness contract, not multi-host operation or a performance claim.

Further completed exact-output experiments preserved their contracted outputs but did not establish the required net-performance improvement. Negative and inconclusive results remain part of the evidence; passing correctness checks does not turn them into performance successes.

These findings do not demonstrate operating-system speed, improved intelligence, or runtime readiness. Native integrated runtime acceptance remains unfinished. This dated research note supplements the historical September 8 program-status snapshot; it does not replace that registry.
