Current posture

BigEye U2-A, BigEye-Market U2-B, experimental DLI / Spatial Memory V004, U3 contradiction behavior, U4 integration, and U5 experience/indexing are closed only at bounded offline engineering scopes. U2-D remains held and unsealed; Runtime Unification / U6 remains active and can still stop on exact contract failures. No production North Star release is claimed.

October 11–12, 2026 · Recovery depends on evidence

Six selected interruption-and-restart cases completed in an isolated native-Linux engineering run. Three state-only cases held for incident review; three receipt-complete cases returned to verified clean state. A state label alone was not treated as proof of a safe restart.

A separate file-size and disk-limit worker completed its selected checks, but the enclosing evidence collection stopped. The worker result and collection failure remain separately attributable; this is not an overall passing run.

These are bounded engineering results, not complete runtime acceptance, a release, or proof of general fault tolerance. Runtime Unification / U6 remains unsealed; U2-D assurance is unconsumed and U7 remains gated. Integrated runtime acceptance remains unfinished. The historical September 8 program-status snapshot is preserved separately.
