QWR LATTICE
A visual model for persistent relational terrain.
The lattice is a working metaphor and interface direction for connecting observations, time, contradictions, provenance, confidence, and candidate futures without claiming that the visual itself proves the architecture.

What the lattice should help explain
QWR asks whether intelligent systems can improve by preserving the shape of experience: not only facts, but when they appeared, what contradicted them, which source produced them, what downstream assumptions depended on them, and what changed after action.
What it does not claim
The lattice is not a claim that a literal “memory sky” exists on disk, and it does not establish that quantum computation is required. It is a disciplined way to reason about persistent relational state until experiments justify stronger claims.
